Windows executable GUI instructions

1. Download the files into a suitable folder.
2. Open the karstolution.exe file. This will create a new folder called karstolution, and unpack the model files.
3. To run the model, go to the karstolution folder and open gui.exe
4. The user needs to provide their own input.csv file. The config file can be edited using the GUI. The code produces the output.csv file.
